Fitness FAQ

Heavily viewed by myself is Fitness Faq. Daniel Vadnal, a guy with over 10 years experience in the world of calisthenics, and a physiotherapist. He runs a channel I can always be assured I’m getting top information from. One of the biggest things that you can’t help but notice with Daniel is his seemingly total lack of ego. For a guy with his skill level it’s not often found. My advice, check him out and join his ever growing army of subscribers.

Direct, no nonsense advice, Huge biceps and of course his legendary Blue shorts. Yet another online coach who comes across ego free and willing to share information. Personally his planche advice videos have help me no end. Definitely worth your lunch break viewing.
